Bottles that are unopened and have an unbroken seal can be returned to our labs and be considered for a full refund (less postage) within 10 days of purchase. You are responsible for postage to send product back. Postage is always non-refundable as per the USPS. Scalp massager sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded in compliance with sanitary and health policies for personal hygiene.

Orders placed on RighteousRoots.net currently ship only within the USA. To order outside of the US; check our locations tab for a list of worldwide resellers who would be glad to ship product to your region of the world.

For wholesale orders feel free to inquire on the wholesales tab to get a quote for worldwide wholesale shipping. PLEASE NOTE that international shipping quotes do not include any fees or taxes from your local government or customs agencies. Please inquire with the authorities in your country for more info on any applicable import fees. Righteous Roots is not responsible for shipping costs or fees accrued as a result of the policies within your country. Righteous Roots will not refund the shipping on wholesale packages that are held in your country or subsequently returned to the US.

Once payment is received; orders generally ship out within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).

A USPS (United States Post Office) tracking number will be emailed upon shipping to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Once the tracking number shows "delivered" we are no longer responsible for your receipt of the item and cannot compensate for theft of your mailbox.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS's tracking information can be inaccurate and not up-to-date from time to time.

IMPORTANT: Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by USPS or theft upon delivery.

If after submitting your order, you realize that you submitted an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible to: righteousroots@hotmail.com, and we will do our best to intercept the order and correct the address or refund the entire transaction and allow you re-order to the correct address. If your order is already in transit, we will issue you a refund less shipping once your item is returned to sender. If your item is not returned to sender then we are not responsible for loss in that case and we recommend that you reorder to the correct address if you desire to receive your initial order. Postage is always non-refundable once shipped as per the USPS.

We highly recommend presenting your tracking number to the customer service counter of your local post office branch if tracking shows "delivered". USPS policy gives them no choice but to provide an accurate accounting of where your package is or where it's been delivered to.

Righteous Roots as a brand, has no control over postal activities once tracking shows delivered and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a tracking number that shows "delivered".

Please check with your local branch as in some cases they are actually holding the package for in-person pickup for various reasons at the discretion of the postal delivery person.

In other cases we have seen packages delivered up to 48 hours after the date of claimed delivery, and we are not sure why the post office would do such a thing but it happens a couple times a week, very strange.

Simply return the unused unopened product with the seal intact to our labs and we will gladly replace it with the correct product. We are not responsible for shipping costs of returned item or the replacement item. Shipping for the replacement item will have to be paid prior to reshipping the correct item.

Solid or frozen Righteous Roots is the result of the Coconut Oil contents subsequently being exposed to low or frozen temperatures. As stated on the back of the bottle label, simply place your bottle in warm water for a few minutes to allow it to melt, then shake well before use. Your product's quality and integrity remains intact once melted and shaken well to re-blend the 11 ingredients.

The Pre-Poo is to be used as a Pre-Wash Detangler and not for use as a leave-in product, it must be rinsed out. The Pre-Poo is great for washday detangling and helps to make braid take downs a breeze.
