Refund policy

Bottles that are unopened and have an unbroken seal can be returned to our labs and be considered for a full refund (less postage) within 10 days of purchase. You are responsible for postage to send product back. Postage is always non-refundable as per the USPS. Scalp massager sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded in compliance with sanitary and health policies for personal hygiene.

Once payment is received; orders generally ship out within 1-7 business days (excluding holidays).

A USPS (United States Post Office) tracking number will be emailed upon shipping to the email address provided at the time of purchase.  Once the tracking number shows "delivered" we are no longer responsible for your receipt of the item and cannot compensate for theft of your mailbox.
